6- Double Click on file to open.
7- Once the file is visible then go for print.
8- A new Print Window will be opened.
9- From there you can choose the option “Save As PDF”.
10- Choose the location and click “OK”. Your file will be saved.
See if the free technique doesn’t works then you can try a third party software which will surely removes the password from the PDF file.
If i talk about the free technique it will only break the owner’s password but this tool will break both the passwords i.e the owner’s password and as well as the user’s password.
