MS Outlook is an email client application used by many people. It has a user friendly interface and anyone can operate it. MS Outlook has many advantages over MS Office 2019. It can be used on any version of windows. It can be operated on offline mode and as well as on online mode.
The Outlook 365 provides the features of excel, word and PowerPoint. The user can save his data up to 1 TB. It is also cost effective. The file format used by Outlook is PST and OST file formats. The OST file format is for offline storage and the PST file format is for online storage.
If I talk about MS Office then there are many tools provided by it. It provide us MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Publisher and InfoPath designer. It is mainly operated on offline formats. There is no facility of cloud storage or online storage. The user have save the file in his own storage.
