MS Outlook has a very friendly user interface which has held many users under it. Users feel comfortable to use Outlook as an email client application because it has many distinctive features. But there is also another side of coin.
Many peoples are comfortable in using IBM Lotus notes. But when they want to switch to Outlook they are unable to do that because of different file format. It becomes very hard for them to do so. At the end they have to stick to IBM Lotus notes only.
The Users also try to convert those Lotus notes files manually but they do not succeed. The only outcome is that they loss some of their crucial data. So it is my personal suggestion that please not try to convert the NSF file manually.
There many third party tools into the market which can help you to do so. So don’t waste time on trying the manual techniques, just go for the NSF to PST converter tool. Be careful when you buy the tool that whether the tool is compatible with all the versions of windows and MS Outlook or not. If they are compatible then I must recommend that you should try the software.
